Alan Duty & The Lost Rangers, a Southern rock country band hailing from Steamboat Springs, Colorado, are making waves in the music scene with their authentic sound and compelling storytelling.
The band comprises lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Alan Duty, lead guitarist Ryan Hoffman, bassist Darren Halik—all alumni of Steamboat Springs High School—and drummer Drew Turnipseed from Mobile, Alabama. Their journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic as a garage band, where they discovered a shared passion for Texas country music.
Despite attending different institutions—Alan and Drew at Auburn University, Ryan at Montana State University, and Darren at The Blackbird Academy in Nashville—the group reunites during holidays and summers in Steamboat Springs to create and perform music.
Their debut album, “Nicotine and Daydreams,” released on December 28, 2024, features singles like “No Hearts to Break” and “Haunted,” showcasing their blend of Southern rock and country influences.
With a growing fan base, Alan Duty & The Lost Rangers are poised to become a notable presence in the country music landscape as they look to expand their careers in Austin, Texas after college graduations in Spring 2025.
